Mr. Frank Wang is a Geotechnical Engineer with over twelve years of experience in the State of California. He has been with the firm since 2001. Mr. Wang has been responsible for all aspects of planning, analyses, and preparation of engineering reports. Mr. Wang specializes in public works projects including transportation projects, and has extensive experience on bridges, earth retaining structures, substations, and pavement design. He has been involved with seismic retrofit of buildings and bridge structures. Some of his projects include the BART Earth Quake Safety Project in Contra Costa County, Russian River Bridge in the City of Healdsburg, Route 12/Jameson Canyon Road Widening project in Solano and Napa Counties, I-80/I-680/SR 12 Interchange Project, and G Street Bridge in Merced. He recently completed the Route 580 corridor project between Tassajara and Greenville Overhead (EB). He is currently the lead engineer for the BART extension to San Jose (SVBX), a Design Build program.
Mr. Wang holds a Masters’ Degree in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a registered Civil Engineer and Geotechnical Engineer in the State of California.
